Privacy Policy

• Account: your email address, an optional display name, and the basic profile fields Google returns if you choose to sign in with Google.
• Quiz & progress: your quiz answers, attachment-style result, lesson and scenario progress, XP, streaks, and saved lines/phrases.
• Journal: the reflections and journal entries you write.
• Lead-magnet signups: if you request a free worksheet, we store your email, an optional name, and which page you asked from.
• Technical logs: basic request logs from our hosting provider (IP address, browser type, timestamps) used to keep the service running and secure.

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
• We do not use advertising trackers or ad networks.
• We do not share your journal entries or reflections with any third party, we do not send them to AI models, and we do not read them — except where technically unavoidable to help you with support you specifically request, or where the law requires it.

• To provide and personalise your path.
• To save your progress and remember your preferences.
• To process subscriptions. Payments are handled by Stripe — see Stripe's privacy policy.
• To send the lead magnet you signed up for, and occasional service emails.
• To improve the service using aggregated, non-identifying usage patterns (e.g. which lessons are completed most).

We use a small number of service providers, acting on our instructions, to run the service:

• Supabase (managed via Lovable Cloud) — our database, authentication, and file storage.
• Stripe — payment processing. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Email delivery provider — for auth emails (sign-in links, password resets) and any newsletters or lead-magnet emails you subscribe to.

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Just email therelationshipblueprint@proton.me from the address on your account.

Deleting your account removes your quiz results, progress, saved lines, and journal entries. If you signed up for a lead magnet, you can unsubscribe or ask us to delete that record on request.

If you're in the UK, EU, or another region with data protection laws (GDPR, UK GDPR, and similar), those rights apply regardless of where we're based.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. On a verified deletion request, we remove your personal data within 30 days — except for minimal records we're legally required to keep (for example, Stripe retains payment records for tax and anti-fraud purposes).

We only use what's needed to run the service. That means:

• An authentication cookie/token so we can keep you signed in.
• A small amount of browser storage to remember preferences (like dark mode) and hold journal drafts locally on your device until you save them.

No third-party advertising cookies. No cross-site tracking.

The Relationship Blueprint is an 18+ service. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us and we'll remove it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect.
