Terms of Service

The Relationship Blueprint (“we”, “us”) is an educational, self-paced web app about attachment styles and relationship skills. It is operated by The Relationship Blueprint, a sole proprietor based in Fiji. You can reach us at therelationshipblueprint@proton.me.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Everything here is educational. It is not a substitute for therapy, counselling, diagnosis, or treatment of any mental-health condition, and no client-therapist relationship is created by using the app.

If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services, or find a helpline near you at findahelpline.com. If your current relationship involves fear, control, or harm, please see our safety check-in.

• You must be 18 or over to use the service.
• Give accurate information when you sign up.
• Keep your password safe — you're responsible for what happens on your account.
• One person per account.

Paid membership is offered on a monthly or annual plan. Both auto-renew at the end of each paid period until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you keep access until then. If we change prices, we'll tell you in advance, and we won't apply a new price retroactively to a founding or grandfathered rate without your consent (cancelling forfeits that rate).

The service is for your personal, non-commercial use. Please don't:

• Scrape, mirror, resell, or redistribute the content.
• Share your account or content with people who haven't paid.
• Attempt to breach security, disrupt the service, or access anyone else's data.
• Use the app to harass or harm others.

All lessons, scenarios, illustrations, and copy are our intellectual property. Your membership grants you a personal-use licence to view and interact with them through the app. Where we reference frameworks by other authors (for example, Gottman's research), those attributions and rights remain with their original authors.

Your journal entries, reflections, and saved lines belong to you. We claim no ownership over them. We only store them so we can show them back to you and run the service on your behalf. See the Privacy Policy for how they're protected.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory consumer rights in your country of residence.

You can end this agreement at any time by cancelling and (if you wish) deleting your account. We can end it if you breach these terms or misuse the service.

When your account ends, access stops. Your data is deleted according to the deletion section of the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If a change is material, we'll notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update.

These terms are governed by the laws of Fiji, without depriving you of the mandatory consumer protections of your home country.
