Support
Getting real support
Relationship Blueprint is an educational, self-improvement tool. It's a kind place to learn about your patterns and practise gentler ones — but it isn't therapy, it isn't a diagnosis, and it isn't crisis support.
If you're going through something heavy — grief, depression, anxiety, a hard breakup, family of origin work — a licensed professional can hold that with you in a way an app simply can't. Reaching out is brave, not a failure.
If you don't feel safe
If there is fear, control, coercion, or violence in your relationship — from you or toward you — please reach out to someone trained to help. This isn't a self-help problem.
- If you're in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services right now (for example, 999 in the UK, 911 in the US, 112 across most of the EU).
- For a domestic abuse helpline near you, the directory linked below lists vetted services by country and topic, including abuse, coercion and safety.
Opens findahelpline.com — a free, up-to-date global directory of mental health and crisis services maintained by ThroughLine.
Not sure how to name it?

For ongoing support — attachment work, couples therapy, trauma — a therapist trained in attachment-based or EFT (emotionally focused) work can be especially helpful. Your country's directory above includes general mental-health services that can point you to local options.
