Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel any time from your account's billing area (once that's live in the app), or by emailing therelationshipblueprint@proton.me from the address on your account.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period — you keep access until then. After that, no further charges are taken. Outside the 14-day guarantee below, we don't provide partial-period refunds.

If it's your first time paying us and you decide it's not for you, email us within 14 days of that first payment and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked.

If an auto-renewal charges you and you contact us within 14 days without having meaningfully used the new period, we'll refund it. If the period has been used substantively (a large share of lessons opened, journal entries added, etc.), we'll take a fair-use view — but we lean generous.

If you're on a founding or grandfathered rate, cancelling forfeits that price. You're welcome to resubscribe later, but it will be at the then-current price, not your original founding rate.

If you live in the UK or the EU, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on digital services. We honour it.

By starting to use the paid content, you agree that access begins immediately. In practice, our 14-day guarantee matches or exceeds the statutory right, so you're covered either way.

Refunds are issued through Stripe back to your original payment method. They typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
